The Brief

A standardised pad kit for institutional-grade rooftops.

The pad layer is where airspace access meets the building envelope. Every vertipad is delivered under a single reference specification so that landlords, engineers, and insurers can benchmark installations across a portfolio — not negotiate each rooftop from first principles.

On-site engineering survey, non-destructive testing, and load-path modelling. Independent engineer of record signs the certificate that anchors underwriting.

Kit Specification

Commission & Handover
